Some trauma symptoms include re-experiencing the traumatic event, sleep disturbance and nightmares, intrusive thoughts, memory problems, fear, etc. Fortunately, there are tools that can be utilized to help you through the healing process.
Life transitions are wonderful, but they can also be difficult. Whether it is adjusting to new responsibilities related to moving from high school to college, becoming a new parent, changing jobs, etc, there are often accompanying discomfort and feelings of doubt, guilt, and general stress. We will learn to reclaim your balance and learn new skills for coping.
